CAPTAIN MORGAN'S SPICED RUM GLAZED GROUPER
Grouper filet and sliced
onions sautéed with extra virgin olive
oil, white wine and then glazed with Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
creating a semi-sweet unique island taste. Served with a baked
potato and Caribbean vegetables.
PAN FRIED JALAPEÑO GROUPER
Filet of grouper lightly breaded with
allspice breading then topped with a chunky jalapeño cream sauce.
Served with garlic mashed potatoes and Caribbean vegetables.

Pan seared scallops sautéed with fresh
garlic, diced Roma tomatoes, and cilantro. Served with Spanish

A creamy lemon sauce made with mushrooms,
carrots, celery, onions, red peppers and a hint of garlic, covering a

The name means "Opera of the Sea", this very unique dish is made with
shrimp, lobster, scallops, fresh fresh, mussels and clams prepared in
a seafood tomato bouillabaisse with a hint of Saffron Spice.
