Bahamian Style Cracked Lobster Tails

PAELLA

This famous Cuban dish is a medley of shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, white fish, chorizo sausage, chicken, Spanish rice and served with a side of maduros.

 

BAHAMIAN STYLE CRACKED LOBSTER TAILS

Two lobster tails cracked open and lightly breaded with our signature breading, then deep fried and served with baked potato and Caribbean Cole Slaw.

 

GRILLED MAHI MAHI WITH A CARIBBEAN LIME SAUCE

Mahi Mahi grilled with a hint of lemon then covered with a creamy lime sauce.  Served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and our mixed Caribbean vegetables.

 

SURF & TURF

For a taste from the sea and from the land this is a dish with both Lobster tail and a 10oz. sirloin, served with baked potato and Caribbean vegetables.

 

SNOW CRAB LEGS PLATTER

1 1/2 pound of steamed crab legs served with baked potato or fries and Caribbean Cole slaw.

 

MEXICAN SURFER FISH TACOS

Two soft tortilla tacos, stuffed with grilled Mahi Mahi seasoned with Caribbean spices, shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo and jack & cheddar cheeses.  Served with maduros, black beans and white rice.

 

ABACO GROUPER

Grouper filet broiled with citrus juices, onions, crushed garlic cloves, and butter.  Served with black beans and white rice.

 

CAPTAIN MORGAN'S SPICED RUM GLAZED GROUPER

Grouper filet and sliced onions sautéed with extra virgin olive oil, white wine and then glazed with Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum creating a semi-sweet unique island taste.  Served with a baked potato and Caribbean vegetables.

 

PAN FRIED JALAPEÑO GROUPER

Filet of grouper lightly breaded with allspice breading then topped with a chunky jalapeño cream sauce.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and Caribbean vegetables.

 

SAUTÉED SCALLOPS WITH TOMATO-GARLANTRO

Pan seared scallops sautéed with fresh garlic, diced Roma tomatoes, and cilantro.  Served with Spanish yellow rice and black beans.

 

GRILLED SALMON WITH CREAMY BONAIRE SAUCE

A creamy lemon sauce made with mushrooms, carrots, celery, onions, red peppers and a hint of garlic, covering a grilled salmon steak.  Served with Spanish yellow rice and black beans.

 

SHRIMP 1/2 LB OR 1 LB (BOILED OR CHILLED)

Large shrimp boiled in Zantarain's Shrimp & Crab boil served hot or chilled.  Baked potato or fries and Caribbean Cole Slaw served on the side.

 

ZARZUELA DE MARISCOS

"Truly the finest dish we offer."  The name means "Opera of the Sea", this very unique dish is made with shrimp, lobster, scallops, fresh fresh, mussels and clams prepared in a seafood tomato bouillabaisse with a hint of Saffron Spice.  White rice served on the side.

 

CAPTAIN'S SEAFOOD PLATTER

Fried:  shrimp, clam strips, scallops, oysters, and fish served with fries and coleslaw.

 

FRIED SHRIMP PLATTER

12 large shrimp lightly breaded served with baked potato and coleslaw.
