HAVANA STYLE SHRIMP LINGUINI
Large shrimp sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, butter and
spices, creating a mouth
watering garlic butter sauce, then tossed in with linguini pasta.
MEXICAN SURFER FISH TACO'S
Two soft tortilla taco’s stuffed with grilled Mahi seasoned with
Caribbean spices, shredded
lettuce, pico de gallo and jack & cheddar cheese. Served with rice &
black beans. CARIBBEAN GRILLED CHICKEN
Fresh chicken breast marinated for at least four hours in our
Caribbean marinade, grilled to
perfection and garnished with a little mango apple salsa. Served
with Spanish yellow rice and Caribbean vegetables.
ROPA VIEJA
Cuban styled shredded beef slowly cooked with green peppers, onions
and tomatoes, served over Spanish yellow rice with a side of maduros.
CHICKEN CHIMICHANGA
Flour tortilla filled with our all white meat salsa chicken and
monterrey jack cheese, deep fried and smothered with our signature
Queso. Served with Spanish yellow rice and black beans.
SNOW CRAB LEGS
1 1/2 pounds of steamed crab legs served with baked potato or fries
