BISTEC DE PALOMILLA

Thinly carved sirloin steak, pan seared with onions, extra virgin olive oil and spices.  Topped with Cuban style sautéed onions and served with white rice, black beans and maduros.

 

ROPA VIEJA

Caribbean style shredded beef slowly cooked with green peppers, onions and tomatoes, served over Spanish yellow rice with a side of maduros.

 

CARIBBEAN GRILLED CHICKEN

Two chicken breasts marinated in the Captain's special seasonings and grilled to tender perfection.  Served with Spanish yellow rice and Caribbean vegetables.

 

JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN

Two chicken breast seasoned with jerk seasoning grilled and served with black beans, white rice and maduros.

 

CHICKEN CHIMICHANGA

Flour tortilla filled with our all white meat salsa chicken and Monterrey Jack cheese deep fried, then smothered with our signature Queso.  Served with Spanish yellow rice and black beans.

 

CARIBBEAN PORK COOK-UP

Cubes of pork pan seared then sautéed with garlic, onion, green pepper and pineapple.  All tossed together with Sofirito and a spicy BBQ jerk sauce.  Served over white rice and a side of maduros.

 

ISLAND FESTIVAL PORK TENDERLOIN

Delicately broiled pork tenderloin basted with a rich island citrus demi-glaze served with Maduros and mixed black beans & white rice.

 

GRILLED BBQ JERK SPARE RIBS

Three large pork drum ribs marinaded in our black gold marinade, grilled and served with garlic mashed potatoes and Caribbean vegetables.

 

GREAT INAGUA SIRLOIN

This perfectly tender 9oz sirloin seasoned with Caribbean spices from the Great Inagua Island, served with a baked potato, and Caribbean vegetables.

 

MONTSERRAT SIRLOIN

 Grilled to perfection this 9oz sirloin is seasoned with Inagua spices & topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms & chorizo sausage.  Served with baked potato & Caribbean Vegetables.

 

MEXICAN FAJITA'S

Sizzling hot sliced chicken, beef or sautéed shrimp served on a bed of Caribbean marinated peppers & onions.  Served with side of Spanish rice, black beans, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, jack & cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
